Colt foal born 18 January 2009  

Very lovely elegant chesnut by 'Delights Wahid'  (by Cyden Sun) ex 'Delights Estelle' (Dam of our other young 'Cyden Sun' stallion 'Delights DJ Zarif').   Wahid is leaving foals of excellent quality, pretty, with long straight clean legs, very good conformation and bold friendly temperaments.

FILLY FOAL BORN  12/01/08  ~  Very classy elegant grey filly  -  2nd foal by our young stallion 'Delights DJ Zarif'    -  out of  'Rowallan Classic Sireen'  -   if 'Zarif' keeps leaving foals of such lovely elegant quality as his first 3 fillies we will be extremely pleased~!!  This particular filly is really stunning. 
NEW FILLY FOAL 15/4/08

Photo left  -    Born 15 April 2008  -  Another very nice foal by our young stallion 'Delights DJ Zarif'  Ex 'Rowallan Crystabell'  -  full sister to the dam of successful UAE endurance horse 'Zakah Zahara'. 

As she  arrived at the wrong time of year in NZ she was born with a soft fluffy winter coat (will be grey). 

We're very pleased with this filly as she is smart, correct and upstanding with lovely elevated movement and a very sweet friendly nature.
FIRST FOAL FOR 2008 SEASON:  
Born early this morning 21 September  -  A good looking 'Dude' ~!!  -   a nice big healthy, leggy colt and the 2nd foal by 'Delights Wahid'.     His Dam is 'Delights Oracle'   -  so this young boy is linebred to 'Ngapa Joussif' as 'Wahid' is a Joussif grandson.  He will definitely be a grey which is our favourite colour anyway~!!

Our second foal this season 
Born 11 October 2008 ~ a lovely chesnut colt with high white markings  -  he is a big healthy long legged boy by 'Ranaarb' (Imp.Aust) out of 'Durdan Tinderbox' a lovely old mare who is a granddaughter of 'Lysander' by 'Spindrift' and also a g.daughter of 'Shereef' by 'Riffal'  (wonderful old bloodlines).  Her new colt will be quite an eyecatcher~!!

First Foal for 'Impy'   
Born 25 October 08  -  a first foal for Stuart's old endurance mare 'Delights Silver Impulse'  -  an attractive chesnut going grey colt by 'Ranaarb'.    It seems to be a "colt" year for us as this is the 3rd colt foal  this season.   'Impy' is proving to be an excellent mother and its neat she has finally had a foal.   'Impy' is a full sister to our successful endurance gelding 'Delights Taj' exported Qatar in 2005.

Filly Foal #4  

Gorgeous grey filly born November, by 'Delights Wahid' (one of our young 'Cyden Sun' stallions) ex 'Delights Estrellita'.     Very pleased with this lovely filly which will definitely be show quality.   She is already spoken for.

Bruce Elliott's Foal by 'Delights DJ Zarif'

Stunning chesnut filly by Zarif out of purebred mare belonging to friends Bruce & Marylynn Elliott.  We're all really pleased with this filly ~ she is very elegant with heaps of quality.  A pretty foal, nicely balanced, beautiful clean straight legs, nice tail setting & carriage.   Photos @ 2 wks old.

Gayle & Mike Truscott's 2 lovely foals by 'Ranaarb' & 'Delights Wahid'  

First two photos are of a Bay filly by 'Ranaarb' out of a very nice Anglo mare  ~  this filly is upstanding, bold and friendly and we appreciated her even more when we saw her moving, really lovely scopey elastic movement.  Second two photos are of a very sweet chesnut colt by 'Delights Wahid' out of purebred mare 'Meisha'   -  this foal is also upstanding with very good conformation, eyecatching colour and markings.  Gayle & Mike are very pleased with these two new foals.

FOAL # 6 ~ Gorgeous tall scopey chesnut filly:

This girl was born while we were away for 6-7 days (born 1st March 09).  Stu's cousin Max & his wife Melissa were excellent "Stud Managers" while we weren't here and all was AOK. 
This filly is by 'Delights DJ Zarif' x 'Rowallan Classic Sireen' so she has some top endurance breeding apart from being a very attractive athletic girl~!!   Photos below at 3 days and 2 weeks old.
